RB Rankings Week 13 (updated Saturday)

Welcome to the Week 13 Running Back Rankings, and Happy Thanksgiving to all!

As I said with the QBs, the comments will be on the light side until I do the update.  It’s not easy ranking players in depth with only Wednesday information, but that’s how Thanksgiving week goes.

It’s getting late and the typos are getting too frequent.  I’m sure I missed more than a few in the blurbs.  I’ll be back in the morning with the receivers and a super skeleton-like version of the tight ends.

The running back field is very deep thanks to the byes being over, but I’m sure that’s of little solace to those with tough choices and or long odds.  We’ll grind this week as always to help you make the best choices possible.  Make sure to check the final ranks.

CMC will be a core piece this week with so many of the other elite options off the main slate.  I’m going to pay the 10.5K with a smile.  The running backs in the Giants/Packers game both have appeal.  Josh Jacobs has a very nice matchup if his shoulder is good to go.  Miles Sanders could be starting again (if Jordan Howard doesn’t get cleared) and against Miami, he might be too tempting to pass up.  We’ll see, and we’ll get into it on the DFS pod.

I’ve put some Turkey Slate thoughts into the rankings themselves.  If you want more, listen to Jimmy Hackett and myself tomorrow on WEEI.  We’re on from 9-12 so we’ll be talking about the holiday slate for a good hour.  If you are out of market, check for the show segments as hey come out.

There will be a DFS pod this weekend and I’ll do my best to get it done on Saturday.

This article will be updated on Saturday as always.

All pricing was sourced from DraftKings.

For the original rankings, scroll to the bottom.  I like to remove players who have already played from the rankings.  Getting the dead wood out of my view is the way I prefer it.
