Welcome to the Week 7 Tight End Rankings. I will be back a little later on with the wide receivers and running backs. Both will be posted before kickoff tonight. With the exception of Jimmy Graham owners, it’s a pretty east week for tight ends, and Graham owners can at least be happy that Graham’s bye came when he needed some time to heal.  That's good timing.

I’ll be posting my Starts & Sits tomorrow over at WEEI and Jim Hackett and I will be doing our weekly podcast as well. It will be posted in the afternoon. And check out the new Watch List and today's look at buying low and selling high.

Week 7 Byes: New Orleans & Oakland.

Rob Gronkowski NE @NYJ It sounds like Gronk will play versus the Jets and with Jimmy Graham out, that makes Gronk our top option at the position for Week 7. Get him active and enjoy.
Tony Gonzalez ATL TB They are using him a ton and he’s responding.
Vernon Davis SF @TEN He’s getting it done.
Jermichael Finley GB CLE He’s going to see a lot of targets.
Antonio Gates SD @JAC He should get back to business this week.
Jason Witten DAL @PHI He’s a TE1 every week.
Jordan Cameron CLE @GB Shaky lately but he’s got a decent enough matchup.
Julius Thomas DEN @IND The Colts limit TEs well, but they have no way to pay any extra attention to Thomas.
Martellus Bennett CHI @WAS He’s been active every week, but he is listed as questionable, so check his status on Sunday.
Kyle Rudolph MIN @NYG He went off last week and he has the talent to keep posting good numbers going forward.
Heath Miller PIT BAL He’s looking very good right now. Impressive considering what he went through the last 12 months.
Jordan Reed WAS CHI He’s pretty much taken over the position and he has the talent to make that matter.
Greg Olsen CAR STL He’s now listed as probable (foot) and is a solid option.
Coby Fleener IND DEN He’s up and down for sure, but the Broncos do tend to give it up to tight ends.
Jeff Cumberland NYJ NE He’s going to get some looks. You can bank on that.
Timothy Wright TB @ATL He’s looked good the last few weeks and they need options in Tampa. Wright is a viable play right now.
Brandon Pettigrew DET CIN Megatron and now Fauria get a lot of looks in the red zone. This limits Pettigrew to an extent.
Scott Chandler BUF @MIA He’s always a red zone threat.
Charles Clay MIA BUF Always involved.
Dallas Clark BAL @PIT He came out of nowhere last week and posted TE1 numbers, so he’s worth a look. He is clearly ahead of Ed Dickson.
Jared Cook STL @CAR Unreal just how bad he’s been and now he’s losing snaps to Kendricks, who could have more fantasy value soon if he doesn’t already.
Jermaine Gresham CIN @DET They spread the ball around to everybody and only AJ gets any extra.
Lance Kendricks STL @CAR He’s been very good lately. A player to watch. His all-around game could force Jared Cook into an even smaller role.
Joseph Fauria DET CIN Yeah, it was only three scores on three targets, but he’s been in the zone in 50% of the games this year with five total scores. He is definitely worth a flier if you need a guy.
Brent Celek PHI DAL He has a chance to produce but he’s been inconsistent.
Delanie Walker TEN SF Could have some extra adrenaline for this one.
Tyler Eifert CIN @DET Like with Gresham, his role is inconsistent.
Zach Ertz PHI DAL He could start doing more soon. We like his talent.
Garrett Graham HOU @KC Tough matchup and a bad QB situation.
Sean McGrath KC HOU He’s a decent flier in a big format with Fasano looking shaky again..
Marcedes Lewis JAC SD He just needs to get through a few games healthy. He could have some value if that happens. He’s now listed as probable (calf) for Sunday.
Anthony Fasano KC HOU It sounds like he’ll play for the first time since Week 2.
Brandon Myers NYG MIN Tough to expect much of anything at this point. He’ still the starter.
Ed Dickson BAL @PIT No way can you expect anything out of him at this point.
Michael Hoomanawanui NE @NYJ Gronk’s back, most likely, and that’ll kill most of Hoomanawanui’s value.
Vance McDonald SF @TEN He hasn’t done much yet, but we still think he’ll get it going eventually.
Zach Miller SEA @ARI (ALREADY PLAYED ... originally ranked 30th) Could make a play or two tonight assuming he plays. It’s a good TE matchup.
Rob Housler ARI SEA (ALREADY PLAYED ... originally ranked 34th) He needs to get healthy and stay healthy. Only then will we know if he has value in Arians’ system.
Luke Willson SEA @ARI (ALREADY PLAYED ... originally ranked 35th) He’ll get some looks in a good matchup, but you can’t trust him, obviously.
